After a barbecue on deck, the Sea Bird went towards the Sawyer Glaciers at the end of Tracy Arm. Along the way the ship encountered a group of orca travelling out of Tracy Arm. We stopped and followed them for a few minutes before continuing on up the glacially carved fjord.

We started the day in Williams Cove with rounds of kayaking and hiking during one of the warmest and clearest days ever experienced in southeast Alaska. There was no wind and lots of countryside to view.
