Today we visited the beautiful island of Floreana. Located in the southern part of the Galapagos Archipelago, Floreana is a treat for the eyes! The first hours of daylight are the best time to visit Punta Cormorant. Here, we got to see flamingos, blue-footed boobies courting, and Pacific green sea turtles in a great landscape.
We went deep water snorkeling at Champion Islet with big schools of colorful and silvery fish, Galapagos sea lions, and white-tipped reef sharks. Glass bottom boat outings were offered, too.
In the afternoon, our guests enjoyed kayaking in clear and calm waters around Baroness Bay. We also visited the historical Post Office Bay. It was a perfect day in paradise!
