Our string of warm autumnal days continued today as we explored Crow Butte State Park. The warm morning air through and around the sagebrush became more aromatic as the temperature rose. Lizards started to scurry, and western meadowlarks sang their flute-like songs. It felt good to walk the landscape we had been exploring by ship.
