National Geographic Quest cruised through the night from Costa Rica. As the sun began to rise, rays of light revealed a lush tropical forest on a big island in the middle of a vast ocean. We had finally arrived in Coiba National Park. This huge park is part of an essential marine corridor that connects the marine parks and reserves of four countries: Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia and Ecuador. The corridor allows major predators, like sharks, to swim from Coiba down to Galapagos without fear of overfishing.
We had the opportunity to enjoy this marine park with different activities like walks, kayaking, paddleboarding and snorkeling. We all enjoyed the lovely wonders of this paradise!
