Today new woke up in a canal between James and Chinese Hat Islands, where we kayaked and took a Zodiac cruise along the shoreline. Some of our guests went to a tiny white-sand beach on Chinese Hat. Afterward that, we snorkeled in the warm, clear water and saw penguins, white-tipped reef sharks, and tropical fish.
In the afternoon, we visited a huge lava field called Sullivan Bay on James Island.
The day ended with an outdoor barbeque on the top deck.
