Early wake up to climb to the top of the island of Bartolew, which is an open book of geology to understand the formation and colonization of the islands by plants and animals. In addition to this, it has a spectacular landscape. About 400 steps protect the island from erosion and facilitates the people reach the top of it in an easier way.
Later after breakfast, we get suited up to explore the water and its fantastic life composed of all kinds of creatures, some of them unique to here. Right from the beginning, we encounter white tip reef sharks. Many different types of fish, sting rays and hundreds of clusters of sea stars, so beautiful so special to be able to do and see all of this in one spot.
Navigation takes to our next island, Rábida with its phenomenal iron rich red sand. Fisrt thig we do is to explore it by paddle kayak and snorkel from the beach, which shows us more of its magic. Sea lions, rays fish and more altogether.
In the afternoon we walk along this red beach to see and photograph the landscape as well as the flora and fauna that here lives. Pelicans diving, boobies diving and more.
Some sea lions of different ages and sex were having a break on the beach where we could interact with and take pictures of. They are nice and easy to deal with.
