Tuesday found the National Geographic Sea Bird anchored in Haines, Alaska. Haines is known as the adventure capital of Alaska and it delivered! The day was full of various activities and everyone found the perfect way to explore. Adventures were found both on and off the water, and even high up in the air.

In the morning everyone had the chance to choose between a river floating, hiking, or biking. The hikers climbed Mount Riley with a beautiful bird’s-eye view of Haines. All of the brave river rafters had the amazing opportunity to visit a native Tlingit village. The bike ride followed the waterways of the upper Lynn Canal all the way to Lake Chilkoot. Meanwhile, guests took turns up in the air so that almost everyone had a chance to go flightseeing over the wilderness!
