Paolo Verzone

For nearly 30 years, photographer Paolo Verzone has explored the world around him through multiple visual mediums—from posed portraiture to documentary photo stories and more. Born in Italy, Verzone has traveled the globe, capturing images of everything from climate change in the Arctic Circle to the preservation of sacred texts in Jerusalem. A Canon Ambassador, Paolo, has received three awards from the World Press Photo Contest, and his images have been published in numerous magazines, including National Geographic, Time, GQ and Rolling Stone, among others. His photographs are exhibited in different collections at the Victoria & Albert Museum, the Bibliothèque Nationale de France and the Instituto Nazionale della Grafica in Rome.
